Making good on my new year's resolution to do less business with Amazon and more with small businesses that treat their employees well - hivemind, who are your picks for hobby supplies in general, and model rocketry supplies in particular?

Best answer: My first job was at Al's Hobbies in Philadelphia so I would say check your local hobby shops first. You can also buy directly from rocketry companies, for example, Estes. Also try Hobbylinc.

In the event you don't have a local hobby shop, chain craft stores along the lines of Michaels often have some model rocket supplies available.

Eugene Toy and Hobby is legendary, and they have a lot of their vast inventory online.
