Multi-platform food & symptom diary app (or website)?

Is there a good multi-platform app for tracking daily meals, meds, and symptoms? The closest thing to what I see out there is mySymptoms, a mobile app that appears to do everything I need, only there's not a desktop version or web interface and I'm also unclear on whether data is stored in the cloud for access from multiple devices. Ideally the app or site should allow entry of free-form notes as well.

Best answer: I use mySymptoms and have been really happy with it, although I agree it would be better if it had a Cloud aspect. Everything is stored locally. You can send yourself a backup or report via email.

Response by poster: I guess I'll give it a try -- iPad + bluetooth keyboard might make data entry a little easier (I like to have full notes describing symptoms, etc.)
