Looking for a career counselor in Toronto

My cousin and I hold BFA degrees from Europe, so that rules out finding career counselors via universities here. I really want to find someone who can advise us both in our career paths--preferably someone who is experienced in terms of design-related and (operations) management careers.

Seeing as I've never been to a career counselor, what can I expect in terms of fees, number of sessions, ... etc? Is this something that could be potentially life-changing? Any suggestions / advice is helpful!

I cant speak to Toronto specifically but in my own experience, I've recently been to a career counseling outfit recommended to me by the provincial government (I'm in Quebec, and it was a service referred by Emploi Quebec and I believe you have to be on EI to be eligible). They provide the 'counseling' aspect of it (personality tests etc) but more importantly they have information about the labour market and specifically what types of jobs have been deemed by the government to be in demand in the next 5 years in the specific city that I live in. So I would recommend finding an outfit that has access to this hard data and avoid someone who is purely into the personal exploration angle of it.
