Out of print Schoenberg CD

Help me find a copy of this out-of-print Schoenberg/Craft CD, issued by Koch in 2000 and apparently vanished into the ether?

I've looked in obvious places - Amazon, GEMM - and some not so obvious places, but so far nothing.

Call/email Koch. They might have a few in a box somewhere.

I couldn't find it specifically for sale anywhere either. Have you tried all of the search services and/or used CD resources, etc.? There's another commercial classical directory at classic.net.
