Another "help me find this movie" question

Asking for a friend: trying to remember a movie featuring a cover of "Blowin' in the Wind" toward the end.

My friend asks: Some time around 10-15 years ago there was a low-key post apocalyptic movie that towards the end featured a beautiful version of "Blowin' in the Wind" sung by an unknown young female artist, as the camera traveled over the landscape. I've spent more time unsuccessfully Googling trying to remember the name of the movie and artist than I'd care to admit. If any of y'all remember this and can help me out I'd be super appreciative. Thanks!!

(Preemptive note: my friend says that it's not "The Happening.")

Response by poster: Update: my friend just texted me that it might not, in fact, be "Blowin' in the Wind" he heard, but might be "The Times They Are A-Changing" that he heard in the movie. So, one of those. Thanks!

Watchmen? It was only 2009 though.

Well, staying on the Shyamalan theme, Lady in the Water featured a cover of The Times they are a-changin', but that's a male singer I'm pretty sure.

You can see a list of Bob Dylan's Soundtrack credits here on IMDB and even for cover versions, he is often listed as the writer.

Wikipedia's List of Apocalyptic Films, 2000-2009. Maybe that can help narrow it down.
