which book has this print?

I would like to buy a collection of Duane Michals' photos that contains this work (one example, another example). I don't remember which book I saw it in years ago and my googling has failed me. Please help?

At the bottom of the Bonham's listing is Literature: "The Essential Duane Michals" p.115. Perhaps that is the book you're looking for.
