Books by Irish authors set in the Nordic region

Please help me come up with some books that are set (even partially) in Sweden but are written by Irish (including Northern Irish) authors. I am also interested in the other nordic areas, but my main focus is Sweden.

This was hard, but I did find Gods and Angels. David Park says, "there are stories set in a range of different locations, including Spain, Morocco, Italy and unnamed parts of Scandinavia".
Another writer in that article is Éilís Ní Dhuibhne - The Shelter of Neighbours and Blood and Water (Denmark).
The map in that article also pointed to Bornholm Night-Ferry - set in Bornholm in the Baltic Sea.
