Help Me Find This Safari Browser Extension

Hi all,
Two days ago I read about an extension for Safari that I wanted to install. Long story short, I did not install it at the time and now I can't find my way back to it! (Yes, I've been through my browser history.) Plus I've looked all over the web and can't find it again for the life of me.) Here are the details...
It is an extension that creates a button on your Safari toolbar. Clicking on that button opens a drop-down menu that lists all your installed extensions, and shows which are enabled and which aren't. You can enable/disable extensions right from the drop-down menu.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
