Trying to find a song, "Third and MacDougal"

I'm trying to find a song titled "Third and MacDougal" being a NY street corner where addicts scored drugs. Here are the lyrics that I know:
"You hang around Third and MacDougal - with your mind and you body at war
You spend half your life on the corner - just hoping and praying to score
But the fire in your eyes is a blue fire - and the truth in your mind is a lie
With a matchbox and spoon at your table - and the glory of hell in your eye"

On page 3, it shows the full lyrics and credits it to Tom Paxton, but it's the only clear reference to the lyrics I can quickly find.
