I want to learn the style of dance in this video. What is it called, and where in the Boston area can I go to learn it?

I am pretty sure that's hip-hop dancing. Or at least a variation on it.

There's mixed elements of of hip-hop in there (I see locking, popping, and breaking at various points), but the core of it looks more like lindy hop to me.

Learning how to pop and lock (and do general hip-hop style isolations) will take you much of the way there.

There's the Charleston and some Michael Jackson too.

Some of the footwork is like the Melbourne Shuffle, Google for instructional vids.

Solo jazz / charleston done to electro-swing. And some hip-hop (the isolations, as someone else has said). The two aren't so different, sometimes: see the Montreal Swing Riot dance-off, previously.

Your local lindy hoppers may teach the solo jazz / charleston stuff (though you may find they'll concentrate more on partnered dance). There seem to be quite a few swing dance schools in Boston (note: for this, you don't want West Coast Swing, but people teaching the older swing dances).

The footwork is generally a descendant of The Charleston and Mashed Potato. Upper body stuff is essentially popping and locking.
