I need the baseball underpants shown in this commercial (About 18-20 seconds in). I do not want boxers. I would like as close to these pants as possible. Can you help me?

Those might have been custom- sometimes for commercials the art department will just get fabric and sew the prop by hand. If you end up going this route (underwear isn't terribly hard to make or have made), you can find a sewist on Etsy, or get a vintage pattern and maybe even stretchy baseball-patterned fabric on there, too.

And I know you don't want boxers, but here are baseball-patterned boxer briefs.

Looks like the ad was created by Publicis. If you tweeted them and told them how obsessed you are with this underwear, they might give you the backstory on them.
