Tegan and Sara riff for fingerstyle/solo ukulele

I have to learn "U Turn" by Tegan and Sara for a video shoot on Monday. I'm playing it in G from these chords, and I've tried everything that I thought would work for transcribing the riff, including isolating the tonic and playing up or down to it and putting the guitar riff through the converter on Ukulele Tabs and trying to play that (which wouldn't have worked because I'm playing it in a different key). This seems like it should be really simple and straightforward, but it is not. Can anyone help me?

Are you actually playing in G, or with G as the opening chord (the linked chords are in E)? That is, are you transposing down 2 steps (key of C) or up 1.5 steps (key of G)?

In C (which I think makes more sense on the uke), keeping in mind that I'm not in front of a uke right now, but I think this is right:
A ----------2-------2-0-------0---0-3-3-
E 0-0-1-3-3-3-0-1-3-3---3-1-1-1-3-----0-
C ----------2-------2---------0-------0-
g ----------0-------0---------2-------0-

Response by poster: I was playing with G as the opening chord. I will try this tonight. Thank you!
