Trying to Find This Funny Video

Does anyone remember (and can link to) this funny video from several years ago about hanging out with another couple?
I think it was from either Funny or Die or College Humor, but I could be wrong. It was a guy talk/singing over music to another couple about wanting to hang out with them and make plans to do farmers markets, brunch, etc. It was really funny! Very much emphasizing that they are all coupled w/ kids and want to do "uncool" things together. Many thanks if you can find this!

You are welcome! One of the guys resembles a friend of mine, so I found it especially hilarious and remembered some lyrics to search for.
