Help me make the giant egg rolls they sell at food carts in D.C.

When I went to Washington D.C. I discovered food carts/trucks that sold enormous, cabbage-y egg rolls. This was about 10 years ago so they weren't the trendy food trucks you see today, but they were bigger than hot dog carts and drivable. I've attempted googling them over the years I'm missing the secret word. Can anyone find a recipe (and any other info) for these? I must get them in my belly!
I don't know if this is exactly the food truck that you experienced, but Meggrolls is a thing.
You could try contacting her and asking for her baseline recipe / technique for personal ‘I'm-not-near-DC-and-I-swear-I'm-not-going-to-open-a-similar-business-I'm-just-hungry’ reasons.

Response by poster: Well, if I hadn't eaten them with someone else at multiple locations I'd wonder if I hadn't dreamt the whole thing. The White House Easter Egg Roll really messes up the search results but I thought for sure a human would know.
The copycat egg rolls were in the ballpark but not really the same. They were delicious, however, and I'll keep making the filling to eat as a side dish. The Megroll truck is definitely part of this newer wave of food trucks; besides the egg rolls I only remember things like hot dogs, maybe cotton candy, and other assorted snacks, definitely with a mom and pop vibe.

Response by poster: Oh. My. EGG!
One last (and this time I mean it!) search led me to an image of one of the signs and then searching for half-smokes led me to the carts.
