Dog friendly restaurants in Denver?

We will be driving through Denver en route to Breckenridge Saturday night. We'd like to stop for dinner, but we'll have our 15 lb. terrier mutt with us. Where should we stop?

I'd prefer not to get off the highway too much (I think we'll be on I-70?) I'm a vegetarian, we both like beer. Give me your ideas!

Maybe Forest Room 5? http://forestroom5.com/

In Denver, dogs are typically not allowed inside restaurants, only on patios. There has also been some discussion about whether or not they are allowed at breweries at all. I'd suggest calling any place ahead to be certain your dog will be welcome.

An Eater list here: http://denver.eater.com/maps/best-dog-friendly-patios-restaurants-cafes-denver and the typical caution that any of these places are likely to be buuuusy on Friday night. Enjoy your trip!

Response by poster: Clarifying that we are fine with patio options. We are coming from Kansas City, where not all patios welcome dogs.
