Reliable minicab from Heathrow to central London?

Can you recommend either a car service or a car booking agency to take me from Terminal 3 at Heathrow to central London?

My destination is in W2 6AN, near Paddington. I'd appreciate hearing from people who have personally hired a car or service for such a trip.

I do know about the Heathrow Express, a minicab would be better for us.

Addison Lee is your best bet.

I always use BAtransfer for all my airport transfer needs. Really good prices, reliable, punctual.

I've taken an Uber from there, but the pickup is awkward.

I've used the Kabbee app for all my minicab needs in London, including airport pick ups, and have never had any issues. And if you do have a problem, their customer service is surprisingly responsive. Highly recommended.

Nthing BA Transfer. I've used them maybe a half-dozen times for airport pickups and they're great for all the reasons moiraine lists.
