Song ID in between acts at a recent concert

I went to see Panic!/Weezer in Va Beach last week, in between bands they were playing music videos on loop. Others included Sia (♥︎), Dangerous (Big Data), Harlem (New Politics), and a bunch of other blah top 40 hits stuff. There was this one video, however, that I loved. Help me find the song! (description within)

The song was:

Bluesy. Gravelly. Soulful?
Sung by a white woman (I'm assuming from the woman in the video.)
At one point she was playing piano.
The video was black and white
The name of the artist/band had a lot of Os in it. Locovo. I don't know, it was too far away to see.
The name of the song had the word 'Heart' in it.

If you can't get an answer here, I'm going Friday, so I'll keep an eye out and report back.

Probably not right, but Fiona Apple's video for Shadowboxer meets four out of six of your descriptors.

So far, the only video that fits was a Rihanna song.
