script tease

What script is this painted text written in? This feels like an embarrassing sentence to write, but I suspect it's either a Brahmic script or something from Tolkien. (Bonus question: What does it say?)

I think it's Tibetan: some version of the handwritten Umê script.

Is it definitely the right way up? It looks like it could be Georgian to me, or at least that's what I thought at first glance.
