Give me your best baby puns!

I'm hosting a baby shower tomorrow for my sister and brother-in-law, both of whom are terrific punsters. Help me shower them with as many groaners as possible!

I got them the game Punderdome, but it's not released for another few days. In the meantime, I'd like to supply them with as many puns as possible at tomorrow's party.

A few requests:
- No dead baby jokes.
- Please provide puns that aren't sexist/just about gender norms.
- Puns about babies, parenting, or anything tangentially related to those topics are a go!

My son (who now needs that game) says "Call in the infantry." He has volunteered to draw you a tree with infants in helmets falling out of it.
