starting a concession stand?

Concession stands in grocery stores. How do you go about finding these types of opportunities, who as in department or title would you speak to about starting one?

You'd look for the "leased-department" office at headquarters, probably part of the real estate division.

My guess is that the big boys (Albertsons/Safeway, Ahold/Delhaize, Kroger, SuperValu) are not going to be terribly interested in a single-location leased department, so you'd want to focus on smaller regional chains.

H-Mart does this. I love their food court!
