What breed of UK sheep is this? Any ideas?

Here is a Photo of the sheep

I thought it might be a Dorset, but I asked the Dorset breeders Association and they say it isn't.

I thought maybe a Southdown, but I looked at some photos and that doesn't seem to be right answer either.

I photographed it in England but can't recall where - it may have been in a rare breeds place.

Any ideas?

I'll go with Southdowns.

My wife's guess is a babydoll southdown.

Could be a Ryeland.

Do you have reason to think it's a purebred sheep? Most aren't.

Thank you, everyone for the input.

I looked at photos on Google and thought it looked like a Ryeland so I asked a breeding site and the secretary told me:

Hard to be certain from a photograph but I thinks it's a Ryeland and not a Southdown. Ryelands are always pretty dominant in a cross so without close examination it's not possible to rule out some form of cross.

Thank you everyone who helped here - much appreciated!
