What song did I hear?

I heard a song the other day in a store that caught my attention. It seemed to be about having a mental illness and one line was something like, "I can't tell when I'm sick." I think it was a female voice, kind of a sad tone to the song, probably fairly recent. What song did I hear? I mostly listen to country and I think this was more of an indi or pop song.

depending on what store it is, some of them put their playlists online. you might want to check there. you might also be able to call the store and ask who does their music feed/what station they play and find out that way.
