Rip audio from WMV

Does anyone know a good utility to rip the audio from WMV files?

I have a long drive coming up (1800 km from Yellowknife, NT to Calgary, AB), and I'd like to take the audio portion of my www.learnvisualstudio.net courses with me to listen to while driving.

Most of these utilities are cheap shareware (USD 20 - 30) but GeoVid's Video mp3 Extractor 1.6 is free.

More than you're asking for, but it'll do the job : Bink & Smacker Rad Video Tools.

If you can play it - audio or video - you can extract & convert it. And it's free.

DBPoweramp's Auxiliary recorder set to record from your stereo mixer rather than line in, will record any audio that passes through your sound card. I've used this to record a lot of audio off the net.
