Objectivism writing prompt online course?

Someone described to me an online "finding yourself" sort of thing, where you get writing prompts every day for weeks. It's run, I think, by the wife in a couple of Ayn Randian Objectivists, though I don't think Objectivism is overtly a part of the online course.

There might be something like "hero" or "superhero" in the course title. Apparently, it's been available for many years.

I feel like I have to say on the green that I think Objectivism is kind of poisonous, but this person who I trust (who I'm embarrassed to ask them about this) said this particular thing was very high quality, humane, and extremely helpful to them.

I'm trying to track this thing down, but google is failing me. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

It might be one of Nathaniel Branden's sentence completion exercises. He used some form of these exercises in most of his books.

I looked for courses based on Branden's exercises and I found this woman's website, which offers something more like what you describe:
4 Weeks of Self-Knowledge is personal development for busy people. Even if you spend all day every day rushing from A to B to Z, you can still deepen your relationship with yourself using a simple but highly effective practice called sentence completion.

What you get

- Everything is done for you. No thinking or organisation required: all you need to do is find 10 minutes out of your day. If you find yourself using those brain muscles, you’re probably doing it wrong.
- A handy guide in Audio and PDF format that you can read or listen to whenever you want and whenever you are.
- Straight-to-the-heart prompts from day one – no fluff, no time-wasting, just clear, concise guidance telling you what you need to know, when you need to know it.
- A short, effective meditation designed to help you get in the zone and make the most out of your time.
- A deeper understanding of why you do the things you do, how your past influences your present, and which of your core beliefs could be holding you back
- Clarity. Lots and lots of clarity.
Be Your Own Hero is for you if…

You find yourself people-pleasing and putting others’ needs before your own—and you’d like to feel confident in setting boundaries and taking care of your needs too
You feel stretched between hundreds of different commitments, none of which you really feel like you chose yourself—and you’d like more “me” time
You struggle to speak your truth and show up as your real self—and you’re yearning to be more authentic in your relationships
You’re doubtful of your ability to be who you want to be—and you’d like to feel courageous in your choices
You feel anxious about the idea of not meeting other people’s expectations—and you’d like to feel more secure in your own skin

What’s included:

An interactive workbook with 100+ pages, packed with perspective shifting-ideas and powerful questions that will change the way you see yourself and your relationships
5 modules covering what it means to become your own hero, how to deepen your self-acceptance, how to expand your courage, and how to continue your hero’s journey
Meditations that will deepen your self-connection and self-awareness
3 months of email prompts and weekly check-ins so you can continue your progress and explore what it means to live with greater authenticity and courage
A set of practical tools you can add to your emotional toolbox and start using today to shift from people-pleaser to superhero

And much more.
