Objectivism writing prompt online course?

Someone described to me an online "finding yourself" sort of thing, where you get writing prompts every day for weeks. It's run, I think, by the wife in a couple of Ayn Randian Objectivists, though I don't think Objectivism is overtly a part of the online course.
There might be something like "hero" or "superhero" in the course title. Apparently, it's been available for many years.
I feel like I have to say on the green that I think Objectivism is kind of poisonous, but this person who I trust (who I'm embarrassed to ask them about this) said this particular thing was very high quality, humane, and extremely helpful to them.
I'm trying to track this thing down, but google is failing me. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
