Freud's Quote(s) About Psychology Only Being Able To Minimize Neurosis

Looking for a quote by Freud on how the common state of the modern person is neurotic, and that psychoanalysis at best can only minimize neurosis to a regular and tolerable level

Freud has a number of quotes about how the normal condition of the modern person is neurotic to some extent, and that psychoanalysis at best can only minimize one's level of neurosis

Looking for a particular quote he said in this vein (believe I read it in one of Jung's personal accounts of him, but not sure)

Not this one:

Another one

Any such quotes are welcome
