Recommendations for a pre-purchase inspection of Seattle townhouse

We're looking at townhouses in Seattle. Can anyone recommend a home inspector specifically for a townhouse / 4-pack? Comments on what to look out for or the general wisdom of such a purchase are also welcome!

I found this old thread, but wonder if there's someone out there with proven experience with townhouses of late-aughts vintage.

The other thread mentioned HouseMaster; there's a franchisee in Seattle - anybody have experience with them here?

We worked with Ben at Applecore Inspections when we bought our 2006-vintage single family this past September. He was thoughtful and thorough and pleasant to work with.
