"How to Eat Like a Child" - recording, video, anything?

I'm trying to find a professional recording, cast album, or even the original video from the 1981 NBC special "How to Eat Like a Child".
Our school is putting it on and I'm having the hardest time finding recordings. We are licensing the show through Samuel French but it doesn't look like they provide any sort of recording either (just the accompaniment CD and score).
I've tried Spotify, Amazon, eBay - nothing.
Any ideas? YouTube turns up "dad's handicam"-style videos of student groups, which is not what I'm looking for.

I was in the play around 1992 and I still find myself singing the songs today!
