I only have a few very low-res screenshots: 1, 2, 3, 4.

I have no idea when it's from. The staff-like thing in picture number 3 seems distinctive.

It looks like Pillars of the Earth or World Without End. It has that vibe. But, really, how can you prove it without going over the films?
