Jaipur beyond the "single day tourist" schedule?

We are traveling to India (again!) in March (again!) - our itinerary has a couple days at the end, and we are spending Holi with our friend/guide and his family. The day after Holi, the suggestion is Amber Fort/City Palace/Jantar Mantar. We did those things last time. What should we do this time? We will ask our friend for suggestions, but I wanted to ask YOU GUYS too - thanks!

Walking alongside the city wall is interesting. Lassi Wala on the main drag serves lassi in pots you break when you've finished your drink. It's one of the best things I've tasted. There's a fabulous Art Deco cinema that's worth going to (although we snuck out at intermission).

Oh oh oh i have a good one - the Anohki Handprinting Museum is in a beautifully restored Haveli close to Amer Fort. We went back on my first trip to india and it was great - there is a small studio/demonstration space on the top floor and we all bought scarves or pillow covers to block print and take home. Educational and interactive (and pretty) and not crowded, pretty much the holi grail of indian travel destinations/

If you go to the Anohki Museum (which you absolutely should), it's a short walk of a few blocks to a really unusual and lovely stepwell.

How about a movie at Raj Mandir Cinema?

Arrive early for some time in the lobby. The difference between the top two ticket tiers is whether the balcony seat is in the center or off to the side.
