Desparately hoping someone can ID an 80's song with very little to go on

I am desparately seeking an ID of a song I know I loved but remember little of.
THis would be extraordinary if someone can come up with this. I loved song and want to see if i can give to somone else, here are all the facts at my disposal.
1. British all female band from 80s. Might be the Belle Stars but nothing comes up on search for their content
2. a Motown-y type feel
3. All I can remember from chorus is "I'll give you more, more, more, more, more" or similar. Could be a mondegreen.
4. Video was band on a bus or float and had scenes of them going around various gritty British neighborhoods - big scene I remember is when a black woman leans out of her window while bus/float goes by
And there you have it. That's all I got. Hope this jogs someone's memory.
