Where to find the cheapest wool base layer online?

I've moved to Sweden, and it's a little colder than Australia! I want to find a good quality set of long wool underwear (long johns + long/short sleeved top). Do you know where I could find the best price online? Delivery to Australia or Sweden is fine.

I'm male, around medium-large, and my partner is also interested in a set (female, also medium-large). The best price we've found is about 600 SEK/100AUD/70USD. Does it get any better than that?

Thanks!

Kinda depends. The big box sporting goods store XXL is probably your best bet for good quality yet cheap long wool underwear. Here's a set in 80% merino wool for 499 SEK, for instance. I can't vouch for that set personally though.

If you'd like to browse, here are XXL's categories for underclothing - men and underclothing - women.

Some other Swedish retailers for you to consider: Stadium, Naturkompaniet, Intersport, Sportamore and Outnorth.

Also: Decathlon.

Addnature carry brands like Icebreaker and Smartwool, pricier but they sometimes have them on sale so it could be worth to browse their site. (They also have a couple of stores in Stockholm).

Not always available online, but Target in Australia do Merino base layers (long tights, all sorts of tops). They are very cheap, from memory about $30 for a long sleeve top and maybe $40 for tights a couple of years ago. They are not quite as comfortable (not scratchy, but not as fine) as smartwool etc, but for the cost they're pretty damn good.
