Dinner in Phoenix

Looking for Phoenix restaurant recommendations with good vegetarian options...
It's my birthday in a few days and I'm having my birthday dinner in Phoenix on Saturday. Since I haven't lived there in almost a decade, I have no clue where to go. I'm a vegetarian, so a restaurant with more than one meat free option is ideal. There will only be three of us, so we aren't planning on making a reservation. And I'll be staying in North Scottsdale, so nothing too far away (downtown Phoenix is fine- Glendale/Peoria/Gilbert, not so much.)
Thanks, everyone!

Decent-to-pretty-good Mediterranean food, very large portions, with many good vegetarian options. Multiple locations in Scottsdale and other AZ cities.

True Foods is a fancy organic food place. Lots of great veggie options.

If you want all vegetarian/vegan but also delicious, trashy, wonderful comfort food, Green is pretty great. It's not hugely fancy or pricey, but it's got a nice fun hipstery vibe, it's close, and they have nice beer.

I've been going there since I was a kid in the 70's. When I get back in town, I'm always there at least once, and I'm taking home Chili.
You will enjoy Chile Rellenos, cheese crisps, guacamole and margaritas.
You will enjoy the friendly service.
You will enjoy the mural commemorating President Clinton's sudden visit for a plate of Nachos.
Enjoy a basket of sopapillas!
Happy Birthday!
