Obtaining 'The Dream of a Bear' documentary

Can anybody tell me how I might obtain a copy of this program. It doesn't seem to be available from their archives or shop.

I'm pretty sure The Passionate Eye just airs documentaries as opposed to producing stuff in-house. That's why Michelle Jean just introduces them; I didn't think the CBC necessarily owned the rights.
