Books on raising sponsorship $$$

Looking for good books, guides, or other resources on event sponsorships.

I'm an event professional, but have never had to be the one to pursue event sponsorships. I'm looking for any decent tutorials, in the way of books, podcasts, blogs, etc., that can give me either a crash course or ongoing advice on how to pursue sponsorships, including the cold calls to people out of my network.

What kind of event? I have done sport and sport activity sponsorship but those books may not be appropriate to you.
