Looking for a band on KCRW

My local coffee shop has been playing archives of KCRW Morning Becomes Eclectic broadcasts this morning. I heard a great band on what I believe was an archived show, but I can't find it on their site. Help?

The band sounded like indie-pop with electronic elements (programmed beats and synth washes), with an androgynous lead singer. I believe it was a one-man band, and that the name started with "Mister". They identified as Colombian and seemed to be touring from outside the U.S., and they recently played the venue the Lost Room. Their album sounded like it was called Orange, and it came out in October 2015.

This is not Bomba Estereo or Los Aterciopelados. It sounded a little like Helado Negro, but more upbeat, or like Brazilian Girls.

I've tried searching the KCRW website but my keywords were too general. Any ideas?
