Can I eat this! Thawed cooked frozen chicken breast edition

Grilled chicken breast cooked 2 months ago, sealed in airtight container to freeze. Took out of the freezer Friday night to defrost in refrigerator, forgot about it until last night. Can I still eat it?!
Has spent 4 days in the refrigerator, it looks fine and completely passes the smell test. I'm cheap (and hate to throw things out), so I might need some group support on this one.
Any chance this is still edible? Thanks!

I would eat this assuming your fridge is of regular coldness and it smells fine. Still Tasty says 3-4 days and you can read specifics on that page.

I ate four day old cooked chicken last week and survived with no ill effects.

Does it matter how long it was left unfrozen after cooking? I feel like it probably should be factored into this. But yeah, if it was frozen directly after cooking, you're fine.

Totally. It probably took about 24 hours to defrost completely anyways, so you're probably at more like 3 days completely defrosted.

It's already cooked? Totally fine. I did this with raw chicken (defrosted in fridge, forgot a few days, then cooked it) and survived, and I have a sensitive digestive system. I think what I did is technically borderline, but since yours was already cooked I would have no worries.
