Star Wars and/or Transformers gift for Boss

I'm in charge of buying the boss's christmas gift this year. He is a huge fan of Star Wars (he came dressed to work as Luke on halloween complete with blonde wig), and I also know he's a fan of Optimus Prime. Budget is around $50. Looking for ideas!
We got him a nice Star Wars painting earlier in the year.. but he doesn't really have the room in his office for anymore display type of gifts. His desk and walls are full.
I'd rather not get him a t-shirt if we can avoid it. I'm not entirely certain he even wears t-shirts.
I'd wager a guess that he's in his mid-40's.

Best answer: Star Wars Perplexus, if he likes games.

How about a movie theater gift card. Place it in a Star Wars card with a note telling him to see the new movie? You could pair it with some great local chocolates or coffee because: why not?

I can't link directly right now, but how about this book that has full-size pics of all the original Star Wars Topps trading cards from the 70's, but a gift card to a restaurant or movie theater? Amazon link is here--sold out right now, but available at Barnes and Noble. http://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Original-Topps-Trading/dp/1419711725/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1448904374&sr=1-1&keywords=star+wars+topps

If he is at all into games:
Star Wars: Armada
Star Wars: Imperial Assault
Both are two-player games with great miniatures.

Think Geek: Chewbacca Hoodie. Fun fur, embroidered bandolier, $50. I got mine at target and get compliments on it all the time...to which I usually answer "why yes, this is a chewbacca hoodie" as if it were some sort of mink.

While the theme gifts seem fun, if he's so overloaded at this point that there's no more room in his office, it's time to think about something consumable.
