I'd like to find the ALLMUSIC.COMs best albums by user rating?

I love Allmusic.com and its pretty wonderful gang of critics opining on various music albums. Allmusic has a feature where it permits you to see the best albums arranged by genre and star rating. I'm looking to see if anybody knows a way to find the best albums arranged by user ratings that albums also get.

For example, this link to an Arcade Fire album shows that it has 3,294 user reviews with five stars being the average rating. Is there a way to search for albums with some amount of reviews and an average star rating that is based on user ratings and not those coming from Allmusic's official critics?

The site RateYourMusic allows for this - different user base, but lots of querying possibilities. Like this one for "indie rock" AND "musicians born in Canada", which shows Arcade Fire as occupying the highest spots

But this query is limited to the 1990s, so it shows different results
