Have you tried bespoke face cream? How did it work for you?

I read an article recently that described how you can go to a fancy boutique salon and they will test your skin and make a fancy skin cream that cures all your problems. Has anyone done this? Which fancy place did you try for it? Did your skin miraculously improve after using the product?

The closest I have come is following a custom regimen designed for me (via detailed exchange of emails) by the proprietor of Garden of Wisdom. They do separate forumlas of hydrators and oils that you can mix and layer as a suggested day or night routine. I really love what they came up with for me and it cured my rosacea forever, so I'm pretty happy with that.
