Recommend me an awesome tattoo artist in Cleveland

Thinking of getting first ever tattoo. I have Googled, and I have asked around, but I would like more data points from the permanently-decorated Metafilter crowd.

There are a lot of styles I like, including the traditional, watercolor style and more "illustration-y" tattoos. I'm aware of Voodoo Monkey and Focused Tattoo. I'm looking for someone who will collaborate with me on the design, obviously be super conscientious about health and safety requirements, and generally be a fun person to spend time with while they tattoo me. Let's assume money is no object, and I am willing to travel anywhere within Cuyahoga county or adjacent areas.

I got both of my tattoos done at 252 Tattoo. I can't remember which artist I used (the same guy both times), but the first time I went as part of a group, and all of us were pretty happy with the outcome and the experience. They definitely check your "super conscientious" and "fun to spend time with" boxes. Neither of my tattoos are very complex, but I thought they did a great job of interpreting what I wanted. I've even considered waiting to get my third one done until the next time I'm in Ohio.

I'm headed up to Kollective Studio this weekend at the recommendation of several friends I trust and like the work they've had done. I'm getting something fairly simple done, but have seen the preview art for the pieces my friends are getting (we're going as a group) and they're pretty exciting. I'll check back in afterwards, but so far it's been a pleasant process working with them.
