Calling all NYC foodies circa 2007 - Fairway Baton Rouge Pasta Salad

I used to love this pasta salad that I bought at Fairway in the middle of the last decade called "Baton Rouge Macaroni Salad." Anyone know where it went or how to replicate it?

I recently stopped by the Upper West Side location and can no longer find any trace of it. The guy behind the counter had no idea of what I was talking about.

However, a search for "baton rouge pasta salad fairway" shows that people were talking about it as late as 2011.

It was a red-colored pasta salad -- I think ketchup or some kind of roasted red pepper sauce may be responsible for its color. The noodles were a spiral macaroni, a cavatappi, if I remember correctly.

Any tips on where it went or how to make it? Thanks!

That was my favorite pasta salad. If you're on Twitter you could try tweeting at them @FairwayMarket or contacting them via their website.
