Do You Know What Song I Mean?

I've been trying to identify an elusive cover of Lee Michaels' 1971 song "Do You Know What I Mean" that I remember hearing on the radio over twenty years ago, circa the late eighties/early nineties. Can you help?

The cover was a dance version and had a male vocalist singing most of the song with a female vocalist coming in to do the "You haven't loved me for nearly four years" part. The cover I am looking for is not Renée Geyer's 1981 version nor is it the Fresh Tunes dance remix version. Ring any bells, anyone?

No male vocalist, but here's the Gwen McCrae version.

Best answer: Myles Goodwin of April Wine reached #47 on the Canadian charts in 1988 with his cover.

Response by poster: I'm not 100% sure, but I think that might just be the one, otters. And that's Lee Aaron singing back up!
