House Hunting Episode Set in Victoria, BC

A relative is insisting I watch an episode of a house hunting show he recently caught on HGTV Canada. The episode was set in Victoria, BC, and among the properties featured were a float home and an expensive condo, which was the winning property. He's fairly certain the show was part of the House Hunters franchise, but with the main show having over five hundred episodes, as well as some likely looking spin-offs (International, Million Dollar Homes, Houseboat Hunters, and Tiny House Hunters), I've had no luck finding the episode I'm looking for. Does this ring any bells?

Could it have been the Love It or List It version that was set in Vancouver (the original series is set in Toronto)?

I won't say it's impossible he's mixed up the cities, but I live in Victoria and this relative has been out to visit several times.

If he can remember roughly what day and time he saw this (or narrow it down to a few options), you can browse HGTV Canada's past schedule here.

How about tweeting to ask @HGTVCanada?
