Is MIA Terminal D accessible airside from Terminal G?

Flying out of MIA next week from Terminal G (United Domestic), but have a Membership for a lounge in Terminal D. Is it possible to walk between the two Terminals post-security/airside? The MIA website maps are vague and haven't been able to find the answer there.

My internet research has reached the conclusion that it is both "absolutely not possible - Terminal G doesn't have a connection to D" and "totally doable in about 15 minutes".....so that's not very helpful.....has anyone actually done it recently? Will be with kids so I'll have to double the time to walk if it is.

Best answer: Fairly positive the answer is no. I believe there are airside connections between D and E as well as H and J, but that is it as far as I know.

Depending on when you are planning to do this and how long you have it might be doable even with having to clear security. The walk is pretty long, though.

Best answer: No, not without passing through security. The MIA Airline Information page has a map that shows approximately where the checkpoints and post-security paths are.

Response by poster: Just to round out the answers, Weirdo and TMOTAT were both right.....I walked around Terminal G and there was absolutely no way to get to Terminal D.
