What angle to ace-bandage my elbow at?

I've got some pain in my elbow from atrocious posture using a laptop on the sofa for weeks. If I were to wrap it up in an ace bandage, what angle would I want to do that at?

Best answer: Right angle, with a sling for support. You want to move it as little as possible, and that's the most comfortable way to keep it immobile. (I'm not a health care professional, but I'm first aid certified.)

Best answer: Beware that you don't want to immobilize an elbow for very long, or you risk some significant seizing.

these are used in therapy for tennis elbow and I was given instruction in using it for a similar injury related to bad laptop posture.
