I'm creating a short online survey but have to translate into French...I'm wondering if anyone knows of any online surveys on French websites or university websites that I could have a look at? I'm doing 10 questions, very short with age sex nationality level of education Its the explanatory parts in the beginning of the survey and an example of questions I'd like to have a look at if possible

Best answer: This is the French instrument for the Canadian General Social Survey. (Well, it says questionnaire, but it looks more like a codebook. Regardless, you can see the questions).

This google search should get you lots more StatsCan surveys in French.

Best answer: Hmm...I just went to check something and it looks like the French link doesn't go directly to the right page. You have to choose "France" from the list on the right and it will take you to the France-only files, which includes the questionnaire in French.
