Online accessible training platform / document sharing?

My company is looking to create an online training resource for customers and sales reps. It would need to host videos, WebEx-like training sessions, and have a searchable document database.
I know there are a number of services that provide each of these individually, but I'm having trouble finding an all-in-one solution.
We're looking to setup a portal for our vendors to avoid costly personal training as many of our vendors are in remote areas. This would include presentations, training videos, and documents (sales sheets, spec sheets, ect).
Ideally, we'd like a password protected option with login info (so we can see if the logins are being shared in an unauthorized fashion) and a somewhat robust permissions system.
Basically, we want a KhanAcademy/Udemy/Coursera, but for business.
Am I dreaming that there is some platform out there that has these features?

The "somewhat robust permissions system": what exactly do you mean? If subsets of your material need to be available to only a subset of your users, an LMS will let you upload content, sort the content into curricula, and assign individual users or defined groups of users to each curriculum. The LMS can track who logged in when, what material they launched, how long it took them to complete it, and their score on any associated test you include in the curriculum (if you want to test people 's knowledge).
