What are your recommendations for strategy games for the Kindle Tablet?

I rarely play games on my Kindle anymore, but I went through the ones I had installed, mostly as FAotD, so I could recommend a couple. Damn if every one of them, even fluff that's not even strategic like Paper Galaxy, now has permissions that aren't okay. It looks like any app that is free, or was ever the FAotD, might now be suspect just on general principle.

Maybe try WarGames: WOPR? I might even have paid for that one. It's only marginally strategic but still good fun. Another puzzler that's more fun than it seems like it should be is 10000000

There's a pretty fun Axis & Allies type game called 1941: World War Strategy.

That's about it. Maybe chess? Or Hearthstone? I've got Pinball Arcade and I've bought a couple of tables including Black Knight.

I'm a big fan of Elder Sign: Omens and Rebuild (Rebuild 3 is in beta and should be coming soon). Strategy games for Android are weirdly few and far between, though. I think you can get X-Com for Android now, and I know Majesty is available, though I haven't played either one extensively on Android.
