Please recommend me movies that would be the closest fit to the lyrics of Lianne La Havas’ song “Wonderful”.
Possible movie requirements: sadness, breakup scene, rekindled romance, flashback scene, IMDB score higher than 6.5...

One of the annotations on the genius lyrics page:
“Despite the breakup, there is still a spark of chemistry between La Havas and her past lover, reminiscent of the wonderful times they experienced during the relationship.”So I’m hoping to watch a film with a storyline that will put me in a mood similar to what this song puts me through.
Oh yeah. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

Reading the lyrics, the first movie that came to my mind was Before Midnight. The relationship isn't over in this movie, but it's definitely troubled; there's a contrast between the reminiscences of the main characters and the way they are now. Still, the characters still obviously have chemistry and care for each other.
N.B.: there are two other movies with the same characters that preceded Before Midnight. You don't necessarily have to have seen them to understand what's going on and what emotions are at play, but it does help. (Plus, all three are really really good movies.)

The Virgin Suicides, though that already has its own awesome soundtrack.

Will try to come up with something that came out more recently and will post again if I can think of something.
