90s flashback - Do you remember the name of the shampoo in a carton?

I have fond memories from the 90s of using a shampoo that came in a recyclable carton (milk carton-style), but I can't remember the detail that will help me locate it. It may have been cruelty-free or it may have carried an environmental message? I remember that it smelled a little sweet and the shampoo was similar to conditioner in consistency. The package may have been purple and green... Grasping at straws. Anyone remember?

PS - I grew up near Walmart, big box grocery stores and pharmacies, so it couldn't have been too obscure.

I used to buy an apple pectin shampoo in a carton back in 90/91. Can't remember the brand name, though.

I used this stuff too! Bought it at Walmart. It came in cardboard milk cartons that were biodegradable and recyclable. I think I remember the words "reduce, reuse, recycle" on the carton.

I'll be watching this thread with interest.

Response by poster: I think it was probably Bio Pure. The definition sounds just like it! That stuff was amazing... Thanks everyone for your help. If I run across anything like it again, I'll post here. :)
